Went to the Bishamonten Temple at the edge of Fuji city at midnight... Reached there too early... It was quite empty when I reached the place... But there were security guard everywhere... Sign of things to come...

New Year stores... Small town... Small temple... Very little stores...
People q-ing up to gong the gong at midnight...
Just before midnight... I think the monk came out to bless the year and the people... After that the gonging started... I heard the gong... See the gong... And managed to gong the gong too!
Another Q... This time to pray... Prayed for a good year ahead... And safe trip (as always!)...
Fujinomiya yakisoba! Diffrences from other yakisoba? It's damn thick and chewy... Brought it from one of the store at the temple!
