Went down to Torafugu-Tei for dinner... Fugu is pufferfish... Blowfish... Poisonous fish! Chefs need licence before they can serve up this dish! The above is fugu skin... Chewy and gummy...
Fugu sashimi... Thinly then most other fish sashimi... You can see the bottom of the plate! The meat has an interesting tough but nice to bite texture...
Fugu-nabe! The fish was just slaughtered... When the plate came to my table... The fish parts were still jumping... And jumping... And jumping...

Fugu-nabe... Really! It's a little bite funny to be eating hotpot alone thought... Haha!
Last dish (second last actually... the last is ice cream...)... Fugu congee... Congee cooked with the left over stew from the fugu-nabe...So basically I survived the poisnonous fugu and tried a very unique aspect of Japanese cuisine... But I wonder if the spinning headache is coz of the fugu... Hmmm...
