Towards Osaka!

This is what my bicycle look like fully loaded... Looks weird... Almost 30kg...
The Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge... The longest suspension bridge in the world... This bridge marks the half way point of my journey...
The edge of Osaka city, reached this place at 1plus... But only found my hotel at 3... Total distance 96.50km... Average speed 18.0km/hr... Pretty decent! Really!
The Kaiyukan... Can't see it clearly... But it's there... 8 levels of fishes... It was surprisingly crowded... Very crowded... Mostly filled with couples exploring the fishes... Fishy...

The star of the Kaiyukan... The whale shark... First time seeing this big fish in action... Pretty scary... Until you remember it's a filter shark... Making it very harmless...

Snow crab... Ugly... My mum would eat it without a second thought...

The Christmas lighting display outside the Kaiyukan... Best lighting in the whole city of Osaka...

Beef udon for dinner... 600yen... Pretty damn good... But too small to fill me up... Tap water is free...

Colourful line of tree on the streets of Osaka... Everything else is boring... The lighting sucks... Disappointed... Nothing worth a second look... Basically... Disappointing... And I actually have to walk like 2km to see all this...

Ends the day with takoyaki... Brought 10... Got 2 free... Plus a free 2009 calender... Lol... Aunties like to feed me... Taste pretty damn good...

Day in review? Tireding... Basically aching all over after the lugging of my bicycle-in-a-box the previous day... Plus the 95km today... My hp played a big part today... GPS RULES! Yeah... But GPS drains the hp real fast... After reaching the hotel... I just wanna lay down and sleep... But have to pull myself up and out to explore the city... Tml is a rest day as I explore the other attractions of Osaka... Brought a "Osaka City Unlimited Pass" which gives me free entry to many attractions... Save money... Main places to visit tml will be Osaka Castle, Momofuku Ando instant ramen muesum, Modern Transportation Museum... And any other place I can get into... Unlikely to update tml as I will be sleeping early to prepare for my journey to Tsu on the 26th...
